We may process any personal data you share—as well as personal data obtained during our investigation of your inquiry—for the purposes you specify.Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data shared in this section may be transferred, when necessary, to execute your request; handle complaints; protect public health; provide preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services; plan and manage healthcare services and financing; fulfill statutory obligations such as record keeping, reporting, and notification; and ensure the accuracy of medical diagnosis and treatment processes. Recipients may include the Ministry of Health and its affiliates, the Social Security Institution, the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs, the Turkish Dental Association, the Turkish Pharmacists’ Association, domestic or international laboratories and medical centers collaborating with us, medical device and healthcare providers, and—when required to maintain legal, technical, and commercial security—our independent lawyers, consultants, solution partners, and mediators. Transfers may also be made to private insurance companies, tax and financial advisors, public authorities, relevant clinic staff, and service providers bound by confidentiality agreements, to the extent required by your inquiry.Method and Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on the legal grounds that your data have been made public by you (KVKK Article 5), processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, processing is required for the data controller to fulfill legal obligations, processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, and—when health data are involved—processing is conducted by persons subject to confidentiality obligations for the purposes of medical diagnosis, treatment, care, or planning and management of healthcare services (KVKK Article 6).Your Legal Rights
Rights under the GDPR:
When the GDPR applies (for EU citizens or residents), you have the following rights:
- Access (Art. 15): Confirm whether Yaprak Dent processes your personal data and obtain the details listed in Article 15.
- Rectification (Art. 16): Request correction of inaccurate or outdated personal data.
- Erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of personal data, which Yaprak Dent will perform without undue delay when the conditions in Article 17 arise.
- Restriction (Art. 18): Request restriction of processing until accuracy is verified, when processing is unlawful, when data are no longer needed by Yaprak Dent, or while an objection under Article 21/1 is evaluated.
- Data portability (Art. 20): Request transfer of personal data to another controller when technically feasible, provided processing is based on consent or contract.
- Objection (Art. 21): Object to processing—including profiling—based on legitimate-interest grounds. Yaprak Dent will cease processing unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests or is required for legal claims. Objections to direct marketing halt such processing immediately.
Rights under the KVKK:
Article 11 of the KVKK grants you the right to:
a) learn whether personal data are processed;
b) request information if data have been processed;
c) learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used accordingly;
ç) know third parties to whom data are transferred domestically or abroad;
d) request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
e) request deletion or destruction of data under Article 7;
f) request notification of third parties regarding corrections or deletions;
g) object to adverse results arising solely from automated processing;
ğ) request compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing.
