Rights of Data Subjects under the GDPR

Right of access (Art. 15): You may confirm whether Yaprak Dent processes your personal data and, if so, obtain the details listed in Article 15.
Right to rectification (Art. 16): You may request correction of inaccurate or outdated personal data held by Yaprak Dent.
Right to erasure (Art. 17): You may request deletion of personal data stored by Yaprak Dent. When the conditions in Article 17 arise, your personal data will be erased without undue delay.
Right to restriction (Art. 18): You may request restriction of processing until data accuracy is verified when you contest accuracy; when processing is unlawful and you prefer restriction instead of deletion; when Yaprak Dent no longer needs the data but you require them for legal claims; or while an objection under Article 21/1 is evaluated.
Right to data portability (Art. 20): Where technically feasible, you may request Yaprak Dent to transfer your personal data to another controller, provided processing is based on consent or contract.
Right to object (Art. 21): You may object to processing—including profiling—carried out on legitimate-interest grounds under Article 6(1)(e) or (f). When you object to direct marketing, such processing will cease immediately.

Rights of Data Subjects under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects may: a) learn whether personal data are processed;
b) request information about processing;
c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
ç) know third parties to whom data are transferred domestically or abroad;
d) request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
e) request deletion or destruction of data under Article 7;
f) request notification of third parties regarding corrections or deletions under items (d) and (e);
g) object to adverse results arising solely from automated analysis;
ğ) seek compensation if unlawful processing causes damages.
